Eurowise Service

I went to Eurowise for service A on my 2016 Mercedes Benz. The customer service was top notch — I stayed with my car while it was serviced, and afterward was clearly informed on what I needed next. The place was extremely clean and well organized inside, and the attendant was confident and knowledgeable. Even though my car is now a decade old, they treated me as if it were new. I highly recommend Eurowise for anyone in the greater Charlotte area.

Our experience with Eurowise was awesome, to say the least! From start to finish, the entire process was professional and customer-focused. The team took the time to thoroughly explain all of the work that needed to be completed in plain, everyday language, rather than overwhelming us with technical terminology. We really appreciated knowing exactly what needed to be done and why. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the representative at the customer service counter was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We also really appreciated the detailed email provided outlining the work performed. That level of communication and transparency goes a long way and gave us confidence that we understood exactly what had been completed. Overall, this was a great experience. Excellent communication, friendly customer service, quality work, and transparency throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend Eurowise to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional automotive shop.

I picked Eurowise before I even bought my 2010 GTI because I wanted a shop I could trust. The staff I’ve met (Evan & Dominic) are friendly and knowledgeable. One thing I really appreciate is that they do more than just work on cars, they host after-hours events and meetups that have helped create a welcoming community for enthusiasts. It’s refreshing to find a business that’s passionate about both the cars and the people behind them.

After research and consulting with several firms, I found Eurowise to be the best - as we just moved to Charlotte from Chicago. Evan at the front desk even took the time to allow me to speak with one of the lead techs, Logan on the phone before I brought in my BMW F10 5 Series (M Sport). Logan was very knowledgeable and excellent at diagnosing and confirming what I needed (at 70K) - which consisted of an Engine Oil Gasket, EKP Module, Upper Intake, and to my surprise, a new alternator. All my issues were solved and the vehicle is like new ready for the beautiful NC roads. Eurowise is a smart and very capable service shop and far better pricing than the dealer route (especially for a slightly older higher mileage German make). Glad to have my "go-to" shop here in CLT. I recently brought my BMW to Eurowise during what was honestly a fairly stressful situation involving multiple higher-level mechanical repairs. From the beginning, Evan was extremely responsive, transparent, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the repair approach, parts being used, warranty coverage, scheduling, and overall expectations without making the experience feel transactional. I also appreciated the flexibility the team provided with coordinating vehicle drop-off due to my work schedule. That level of accommodation and communication made a significant difference. When picking up the vehicle, Dom also took the time to walk me through everything professionally and made sure all questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. The shop provided a competitive quote using quality OE/OEM-level suppliers and gave a professional assessment rather than simply pushing unnecessary work. One thing that stood out was their willingness to properly assess the axle condition first instead of automatically forcing full replacement without inspection. That level of honesty and technical approach matters. The 2-year/24,000-mile warranty also gave addit
